Een gezellige buitenwijk van de stad Alicante, welke ligt in de gelijknamige provincie aan de Costa Blanca. Waar het normale dagelijkse leven van de inwoners en de toeristen in goede harmonie met elkaar samen gaan.
Zolang u zich realiseert slechts gast te zijn in deze prachtige streek en enigszins open staat voor de cultuur van het gastland, zijn wij ervan overtuigd dat u echt zult genieten. Van, enerzijds het klimaat, anderzijds de zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mentaliteit van de Spanjaarden. Kortom, alle ingrediënten om een zeer geslaagde vakantie te vieren zijn aanwezig.

UW APPARTEMENT

Het appartement ligt heel centraal gelegen in de strandplaats Playa de San Juan. Is gelijkvloers, op de bgg en geheel aangepast voor minder validen. Het appartement ligt zo centraal zelfs dat u alles op loopafstand tot uw beschikking heeft.
" La Fontana " het winkelcentrum, is groot en vrij modern. Zo heeft u hier een zeer gevarieerd aanbod van winkels, supermarkten, restaurants, bars, speelhallen en spaarbanken. Er staan ook talloze kiosken, met Nederlandse kranten.
Op medisch gebied is er een Nederlandse huisarts nabij uw appartement en zijn er diverse apotheken. Maar Playa De San Juan beschikt ook over een ziekenhuis.
Een heerlijk dagje uit naar het strand kunt u op nog geen 500 meter afstand vanaf uw appartement al zien liggen, dat wil zeggen dat u zich na een wandeling van ongeveer 10 minuten al in een geheel andere omgeving bevindt dan het huiselijke.
Mocht u niet over eigen vervoer beschikken, dan zult u in Playa de San Juan zeker niet geïsoleerd zitten. Een uitstekende infrastrictuur, qua openbaar vervoer, zorgt ervoor dat u prima de door u gewenste locaties kunt bereiken.

KLIMAAT: De Costa Blanca heeft een beschutte ligging waardoor de temperatuur hoogst zelden tot het nulpunt daalt. De lente doet hier vroeg zijn intrede met veelal mooi weer, tot ver in oktober. Daarom is dit gebied een populaire vakantiebestemming, voor zonaanbidders en overwinteraars.

We offer you a spacious apartment on the ground floor within an apartment complex with a renewed bathrooms in 2011 and including an air-conditioning / heating ventilation system. The apartment is suitable for disabled persons. It includes a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a sleeping place available for six persons. Shared garden with pool, tennis court and children playground. It is located near the beach and shopping centre. Playa de San Juan has an excellent infrastructure such as bus and tram that are punctually schedule. There are good roadways which gives easy access to nearly natural environment. The apartment is easily accessible as from Alicante Airport.

The apartment is centrally located in the beach of Playa de San Juan within the ground floor of an apartment complex. It is fully adapted for disabled persons. In fact is the apartment so central that everything you need is on a walking distance within your approach.
The mall "La Fontana" is large and quite modern with a very diverse variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, amusement arcades and banks. There are also numerous kiosks with English newspapers.
Closely are several pharmacies, medical centre and a hospital.
You can imagine already a wonderful daily walk to the beach for less than 500 meters as from your apartment. If you don't have your own transport, then you would certainly not be isolated in San Juan. An excellent infrastructure, in terms of public transport, allows you to fine the desired location you wish to go.

CLIMATE: The Costa Blanca has a sheltered location so the temperature rarely drops down to zero. The spring makes its appearance early in this area with mostly good weather till October. Therefore, this part is a popular holiday destination for sun delighters.
BEACHES: The Costa Blanca has wide and softly beaches which run slowly into the sea. This is not only suitable for families with children but also for the less experienced swimmers.
ENVIRONMENT: The Costa Blanca is a big area within the Mediterranean cost, located between the towns of Torrevieja, Alicante, Javea, Benidorm and Denia.
THINGS TO DO: The Costa Blanca Express, a nice nostalgic train takes you to all the coastal villages around.
