  We have a beautiful fully equipped ground-floor apartment with a front-garden facing south-west in the urban Novamar, near   the beautiful town of Alicante.

  There is a modest shopping centre in the area for your daily shopping. Superstores are 5 minutes distance by car. Novamar   is situated next to the National Park of Carabassi, in the municipality Santa Pola, a quaint fishing port. The beautiful dunes   and beaches of Carabassi are just 400 metres away from the apartment. A huge part of the beach has been reserved   especially for the lovers of nude recreation i.e. nudism. There is no mass tourism here, the beaches aren't equipped with   luxury reclining chairs and/or sunshades. There are a few beach huts though (only during high season).

  Los Arenales de Sol, a new seaside town with more luxurious beaches and beds for rent is 10 minutes away form the   apartment.

  Alicante Airport is just 7 kilometres away and has excellent connections with both Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

  Alicante (the pearl of the Costa Blanca), with its beautiful promenades, shops and entertainment district is 10 minutes away   by car from Novamar and highly recommendable. Well-known places such as Torrevieja and Elche and the island of   Tabarca are but a short distance away. In the National Park of the salt lakes of Santa Pola one can admire pink flamingos   and other species of birds.

  The Costa Blanca in Spain is the most beautiful part of Spain and is also known as "the Florida of Europe", because of the   mineral rich water of the salt lakes. According to the World Health Organisation the climate of the Costa Blanca is the most   pleasant of Europe.

  Te huur aangeboden ons luxe beganegrond appartement. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen op het zuiden, dus de   gehele dag zon! Ideaal appartement voor 50+ ers die willen gaan overwinteren. Het appartement heeft een gezellig   ingerichte woonkamer, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien; afwasmachine,   wasmachine, wasdroger, oven en magnetron. De urbanisatie Novamar is vlakbij het vliegveld van Alicante. Het appartement   is dichtbij zee/strand (400 meter).
