  Onze Finca in de bergen van Moralet is een woning met een prachtig uitzicht.

  Het perceel van de Finca is 1500 m2 en omheind door een stenen muur. Het zwembad is 10x6 m en kan 's nachts verlicht   worden zodat een nachtelijke duik tot de mogelijkheden behoort. In de woning zijn 3 slaapkamers met in totaal 8   slaapplaatsen. De woning is voorzien van 2 airco's welke in de zomer de woning verkoelen en in de winter de woning   verwarmen. De woonkamer heeft een grote openhaard en een grote luxe hoekbank met 6 zitplaatsen. De finca heeft een   riant dakterras van 90 m2 met een fantastisch uitzicht.

  De keuken van de Finca heeft haar authenciteit behouden zoals een laag plafond maar is wel voorzien van alle luxe   gemakken zoals een vaatwasser en magnetron. Onder de porche (overdekt terras) kunt u aan de grote eettafel (8 pers.)   heerlijk genieten van al uw maaltijden. De porche geeft u schaduw en tegelijkertijd een geweldig uitzicht over het gehele   perceel. De porche is zowel vanuit de keuken als vanuit de woonkamer te bereiken. De hangmat hangt al voor u klaar!

  Het zwembad en het terras van het zwembad geven u verkoeling en laten u genieten van de Spaanse zon. Achter op het erf   geven de bomen u schaduw en laten u genieten van de vele vogels die er zich nestelen zoals b.v. de Putter. Het erf telt vele   fruitbomen: citroenbomen, vijgenbomen, sinaasappelbomen, granaatappelbomen, limoenbomen en andere spaanse   fruitbomen. De tuin is aangelegd met o.a. lavendel en rozemarijn alsmede met palmbomen. De tuin biedt u een fantastisch   uitzicht over amandelgaarden en olijfgaarden. U heeft uitzicht over de stad Alicante en zelfs de zee ziet u in de verte liggen. In   de nacht ziet u de vele lichtjes van de stad.

  Er bevinden zich 2 dorpen in de buurt van Moralet te weten Agost en San Vincente del Raspeig beiden op 5 autominuten   afstand. Op 2 minuten loopafstand bevindt zich de woning van de beheerster en haar man waar u met vragen en eventuele   problemen terecht kunt.

  De woning heeft een alarminstallatie die direct aangesloten is op een alarmcentrale en in contact staat met politie,   brandweer en ambulance.

  De woning bevindt zich op slechts 12 minuten van Airport Alicante en 10 minuten van Alicante Centrum!
  In slechts 15 minuten ben u op het mooiste strand van de Costa Blanca (Playa San Juan)!
  U bent in 30 minuten in de drukte van Benidorm!
  U bent in 30 minuten in Elche, Santa Pola en Torrevieja!

  Our Finca in the mountains of Moralet is a residence with a beautiful view.
  The Finca estate, consisting of 1500 square meters, is completely surrounded by a brick wall. The pool is 10 by 6 meters   and can be lighted at night, which makes a swim at night a good possibility. The residence has three bedrooms with, in   total, 7 sleeping accommodations. The residence is equipped with two air-conditioning systems that keep the residence   cool during the summer and warm during the winter. The living room has a large fireplace and a big comfortable six-person   corner couch. The Finca has a spacious 90 square meter roof terrace with a view to die for.

  The finca’s kitchen has kept its authenticity with its low ceilings. Nonetheless, the Finca has been equipped with all the   luxurious tools like a dish washer and a microwave. Under the Porche (Roofed terrace) you can enjoy your meals sitting at   the large 8 person dinner table. The porche lets you sit in the shade, while enjoying the view over the entire estate. The   porche is accessible from the kitchen as well as from the living room. The hammock is waiting for you!

  The pool and the pool terrace will give you a place to enjoy the Spanish sun in a cool way. In the back of the estate, trees   offer you shade and let you enjoy watching the many birds that have their nests there. Birds like the goldfinch. The estate has   many fruit trees: lemon trees, fig trees, orange trees, pomegranate trees, lime trees, and other Spanish fruit trees. The   garden is filled with lavender, rosemary and palm trees. The garden offers an overwhelming view over the almond yards and   olive yards. You have a view over the city Alicante, and you can even see the sea. At night you can see the many lights of the   city.

  There are two villages in the neighbourhood of Moralet, respectively, Agost and San Vincente del Raspeig, both at five   minutes walking distance. At a two minute walking distance, the residence of the accommodation supervisor and her   husband is located. You can ask her for help or if you have questions.

  The villa has an alarm installation directly linked to an emergency centre that is connected to the police department, fire   department and to medical assistance.

  The residence is at a distance of 12 minutes from Airport Alicante and at 10 minutes from Alicante Centre!

  You can get to the most beautiful beach of the Costa Blanca (Playa San Juan) in just 15 minutes.
  It will take you about 30 minutes to get to the rush of Benidorm
  It will take you about 30 minutes to get to Elche, Santa Pola, and Torrevieja!

  All the tourist attractions can be reached within 45 minutes!
  But at the Finca it is very peaceful, spacious and there are no crowds of tourists.
